Auction Shipping and Handling: Belhorn Auctions, LLC is pleased to offer shipping on all items offered in our auctions through PakMail of Lewis Center, Ohio.  These shipping experts provide professional packing and shipping services as well as fast turn-around times.

Once the initial invoice for your purchase is processed (hammer price + buyer's premium + applicable sales tax), we will take your items to PakMail on your behalf and free of charge with your contact information.  This typically occurs withing five business days of receipt of your payment.  We will then send you an email notifying you that your purchases have been delivered to the shipper along with their contact information.  Typically, the shipper will contact you within a couple of days to make shipping arrangements and collect payment for shipping.  You are also welcome to initiate contact with them if you prefer.  In any event, it is your responsibility to make arrangements and payment for shipping directly with them.  It is important to note that items left at at the shipper's location may be subject to a storage fee if shipping is not arranged within ten (10) business days of delivery to them.

Pick-up (By Request): For orders large and small pick up at our Columbus area offices is available at a mutually agreed upon time.  While we will try to accomodate all requests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to improve the chances one of our our staff members can be available to meet you in person.

Shipping Items to Belhorn Auction Services: For smaller collections or individual pieces we recommend shipping your items directly to us. If you are unfamiliar with packing pottery for shipment we recommend enlisting the help of a local UPS Store, Pak Mail or similar store to ensure items arrive safely. Please follow this check list:

1) Contacted Belhorn regarding shipping and received confirmation that we are expecting your items.

2) Each box is clearly marked with your name.

3) All items are wrapped in bubble wrap. We recommend double boxing all items with ample packing materials and purchasing adequate insurance to cover loss or breakage.
